Thank you for the beautiful job done on the headstone for my mother.  I felt so much better after placing the order because you were so gracious and helpful.  It was healing for the family to see the stone in place, and we all appreciate your quality work.

The main reason I am writing this letter is to praise your employee, Tyrone, who brought the stone and installed it.  He did an incredible job and was so courteous and respectful during the process.  He has a great attitude and worked very quickly and purposefully to accomplish the task.  Even though he had toruble finding the cemetery, he never showed frustration.  When he arrived, he was smiling and friendly and efficient.  In short, he is a great ambassador for West Memorials.  I cannot say enough about his work ethic.  The fact that he did all the work alone speaks volumes, too.
