I wish to confirm to you that the memorial monument has now arrived.  I am very grateful to you all for end to end process that will see to it that my sister is given a dignified memorial.  Thank you so very much.

Now that the monument is in Zambia would you be in a position to avail me with installing procedures...to put it up and have the beauty stand out.  ...a beautiful monument was created for my sister (thank you for a job well done).  Obviously I would like your great efforts to be seen and this can only be achieved if the monument is installed correctly.
